(More customer reviews)Very well researched and written describing how to manage organizational change. Interesting topic as it relates to civil rights in Alabama. The two colleges in question were initially created to provide training one whites and the other for blacks during the Jim Crow era in Alabama. Interesting read when put in historical context.
